iMPACT GiRLS family and parent strengthening for high-risk families, is an innovative network designed to significantly improve parenting skills and family inter-personal and inter-generational relationships, reduce problem behaviors in girls and to improve social competencies and school performance. Strengthening Families is the catalyst that helps girls thrive and to learn that dreams are not just for other children.

iMPACT GiRLS, is a non-profit corporation devoted to showing the world that underserved girls can be effective and sustaining role models, and can achieve beyond glass ceilings, just as much as their more privileged counterparts. iMPACT GiRLS’ Beyond-School Initiative affords girls from underrepresented communities, realities which stretch beyond the communities in which they live and to become the innovative leaders of tomorrow and later serve in a creative capacity, girls that were once just like themselves.
